My approach
I offer a calm, grounded space where you can slow down and notice what’s happening inside. Together, we’ll explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion—put words to feelings, identify patterns, and we may connect past experiences to present challenges.
This way of working can help you understand yourself more deeply, and also creates space for me to get to know you and your story. I believe therapy works best through authentic connection—a space where you feel seen, heard, and valued. Through this process people often gain deeper insight, identify underlying issues, improve emotional processing, feel more connected in their relationships, and increase self-acceptance. This can also lead to feeling more grounded and at peace, overall.
I often work with people who are introspective, creative, neurodivergent, or simply seeking to understand themselves more fully. My approach is collaborative, open, and non-shaming. I have additional training in trauma processing. If you’re curious about your inner world and ready to explore it with gentle support, this could be a space where you feel at home.
Methods I Draw From
I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, tailoring my work to each person’s needs and experiences. This includes narrative therapy, person-centred, gestalt, somatic, mindfulness, existential, and trauma focused approaches. I’m also trained in EMDR and advanced Accelerated Resolution Therapy, which can support processing difficult memories or experiences.
My focus isn’t on following a strict protocol—it’s on creating a collaborative space where you feel seen and supported as you are. Together we explore what makes sense for you and move forward from there.
