Develop a professional supervisory identity and engage in reflective practice.
Apply knowledge of supervision theory, context, and practice.
Navigate ethical, legal, and regulatory responsibilities.
This course introduces the theory and practice of clinical supervision aligned with current CRPO supervision course guidelines. You can find these guidelines on the CRPO website. Participants develop the knowledge and skills needed to engage in ethical, reflective, and developmentally attuned supervision across diverse practice settings.
Learning is supported through lectures, discussions, role plays, reflective practice, and case-based exercises. By the end of the course, participants will be able to distinguish supervision from psychotherapy, articulate an emerging supervisory model, clarify roles and responsibilities, and develop supervision agreements and a professional learning plan.
Facilitated by experienced clinical supervisors actively engaged in contemporary practice, the course is accessible, grounded, and informed by real-world experience.
Cost: $799 +textbook (starting at $57.99)
We built this course together because we believe clinical supervision is, at its core, a human relationship.
We facilitate this course live to create space for connection, reflection, and shared learning. Our focus is on the supervisory relationship—using reflective practice and collective dialogue to learn with and from one another.
